History
A banner for every number
Back in 2022–2023, ENS digits gained popularity as collectibles, driven by their fixed supply: just 999 for 3 digits, 10K for 4 digits, and so on. Much like PFP collections at the time, scarcity helped shape a strong collectibles narrative around them.
As part of the community, I created X banners for the 999 Club, 10K Club, and 100K Club, including Arabic numeral formats.
The designs featured an art style I practiced in my early years as an artist: Art Deco-inspired linework, hand-drawn digit plates, and framed taglines like “We Are Numbers” and “Vires in Numeris.”
Long story short, the ENS narrative eventually weakened amid growing criticism, tensions with the ENS DAO, and renewal costs. As interest faded, ENS digit prices dropped, particularly for names whose value relied heavily on their collectible appeal.
Still, the story isn’t over. While ENS digits are nowhere near as popular as they once were, there are still people in 2026 who remain loyal to the idea of ENS digits as collectible assets, believing their cultural significance and collectible appeal still hold value.
I’m bringing this banner tool back to support those who still believe in ENS digits, whether for the simplicity of numbers, the joy of collecting, or the culture built around them.
If you’re still part of the club, this one’s for you.
